Appellant, Teddie L. Davenport (Davenport), appeals the Lyon Circuit Court's order denying his petition for writ of habeas corpus. This Court entered a show cause order against Davenport on November 20, 1997, giving Davenport ten (10) days to show cause why his appeal should not be dismissed for failure to pay the required filing fee of one hundred and twenty-five ($125.00) dollars to the clerk of the Lyon Circuit...
