LAGARDE, Justice.

Rhonda Vance appeals her jury conviction for driving while intoxicated (DWI), enhanced by a prior DWI conviction. Pursuant to an erroneous jury charge on punishment, the jury assessed punishment at 730 days' confinement and a $2000 fine. The trial court entered judgment on the jury's verdict.
