Appellant, Luis Hector Fugon, was charged with aggravated robbery1 and aggravated sexual assault2 in separate indictments arising from the same transaction. The offenses were tried together in a joint trial with codefendant Angel Elvira. A jury found appellant guilty of both offenses and assessed punishment at 30-years...
