We have for review the complaint of The Florida Bar and the referee's report regarding alleged ethical breaches by Gregory G. Schultz. We have jurisdiction pursuant to article V, section 15 of the Florida Constitution.

The Florida Bar filed a complaint against Schultz based on his failure to pay Kenna Van Nortwick for four airplane tickets purchased from her travel agency. As a preliminary matter, the referee found that a business relationship...
