Appellant, George E. Austin, appeals from the order entered May 6, 1997, which denied his second petition for relief under the Post Conviction Relief Act (PCRA), 42 Pa.C.S.A. §§ 9541-9546. We affirm.

Appellant was found guilty by a jury of first-degree murder and criminal conspiracy. He was sentenced to life imprisonment on the murder count and a consecutive term of imprisonment of five (5) to ten (10) years on the conspiracy count...
