We have for review the complaint of The Florida Bar and the referee's report regarding alleged ethical violations by attorney David Wilson, III. We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 15, Fla. Const. For the reasons expressed in this opinion we approve the referee's factual findings and recommendations as to guilt and we reject the recommended discipline.
