Barbara and Bobby Holsapple and Glen Randolph appeal from the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of James McGrath and his law firm McGrath & McGrath. We find the district court erred in concluding no genuine issue of material fact existed with respect to the claim regarding the deed prepared by McGrath.
