The Department of Labor & Industries challenges the amount of attorney fees and costs that the trial court awarded Catherine Brand in this workers' compensation case. The Department contends that the trial court's findings did not adequately address the lodestar factors and that the trial court improperly awarded fees for work performed on issues that the jury rejected.
