Defendant pleaded guilty to the crimes of sexual abuse in the first degree and bail jumping in the second degree in satisfaction of two indictments stemming from his conduct in molesting a former girlfriend and then failing to appear in County Court as directed. Pursuant to his plea agreement, defendant was sentenced to consecutive prison terms of 2 to 6 years for the sexual abuse conviction and 1 to 3 years for the bail-jumping...
