[¶ 1] The Minot School Committee appeals from the judgment entered in the Superior Court (Kennebec County, Alexander J.) affirming the decision of the Maine Labor Relations Board in favor of the Minot Education Association on its prohibited practice complaint. The School Committee contends that the Board erred in determining that it had failed to bargain in good faith and, alternatively, that the Board exceeded its statutory authority...
