We have for review the complaint of The Florida Bar and the referee's report regarding alleged ethical breaches by Frank G. Cibula, Jr. We have jurisdiction. See art. V, § 15, Fla. Const.

At issue in this case is respondent Cibula's testimony under oath during two court hearings held in connection with his alimony obligations. In August 1991, at a hearing on a motion for contempt for failure to pay alimony, Cibula testified under oath...
