THOMPSON, Judge.

Ronald and Mildred Simmonses ("the Simmonses") appeal from an order granting Doris and Willie Swinton's ("the Swintons") motion for new trial because of improper closing argument of the Simmonses' counsel. We reverse the order granting a new trial and remand for entry of judgment in accordance with the jury's verdict in favor of the Simmonses. See Hagan v. Sun Bank of Mid-Florida, N.A.,
