No. 39190-9-I.

953 P.2d 126 (1998)

STATE of Washington, Respondent, v. Marco Deon BLAND, Appellant.

Court of Appeals of Washington, Division 1.

Reconsideration Denied May 6, 1998.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

James R. Dixon, Nielsen Broman & Associates Pllc, Fran-Michelle Reichert, Nielsen Broman & Associates Pllc, Seattle, for Appellant.

Ann M. Foerschler, Seattle, for Respondent.
