DOUCET, Chief Judge.

The State of Louisiana, Department of Public Safety and Corrections (D.P.S.) appeals a decision of the juvenile court which orders D.P.S. to retroactively pay the Calcasieu Parish Detention Facility for the keeping and feeding of a child ordered detained in said facility pending a hearing. We reverse the order of the trial court.
