This is the second appearance in this court of this matter which seeks a declaration that under the County Employees Retirement Act, Neb.Rev.Stat. § 23-2301 et seq. (Reissue 1991 & Cum.Supp.1992), the defendant-appellee counties are required to make employee account contributions not of 150 percent but of 250 percent of the amount deducted from the compensation...
