Appellant Theodore Martin Harcum, Jr., appeals from a June 18,1997 judgment of the Circuit Court for Caroline County, convicting him of failure to surrender after forfeiture of bail. On July 29, 1997, he was sentenced to one year and one day imprisonment, with six months suspended, to be served consecutive to any other sentence already being served and, upon his release, to one year of supervised probation.
