Appellant was charged by indictment with the offense of the murder of Michael d'Agrella, alleged to have occurred on or about November 1, 1994, in Montgomery County, Texas. Following a plea of not guilty, a jury found appellant guilty of murder as charged in the indictment. Punishment was assessed by the trial court at fifty years in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and a fine of $10,000. Appellant...
