Cindy Schlapper, appellee, sued Ran Ken, Inc. ("Ran Ken"), appellant, for wrongful discharge. At trial, the jury found that Schlapper was fired from her job for the sole reason that she attempted in good faith to find out whether she was being asked by Ran Ken, her employer, to perform an illegal act.
