APODACA, Judge.

{1.} Child appeals an adjudication of delinquency. He claims on appeal that, because he was "in detention," Rule 10-226(A) NMRA 1997 (amended 1998) required the adjudicatory hearing to be held within thirty days from the date of service of the petition filed against him. Because that proceeding was not held within that period, Child argues that the adjudicatory proceeding was untimely...
