SEINFELD, Judge.

The trial court dismissed Donald Milligan's employment discrimination action on summary judgment, concluding that it was barred by the statute of limitations. Milligan appeals, arguing that his cause of action did not accrue until he had exhausted his administrative remedies. In the alternative, he claims that the trial court erred in failing to apply the doctrine of "continuing violation." We disagree with both contentions and affirm the dismissal...
