Defendant Craig Fisher appeals his conviction of abuse or neglect of a disabled child, a third degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-110 (Supp.1998). Fisher argues that the evidence at trial was insufficient to support a finding that he was a "caretaker" of a "disabled child," as those terms" are used in section 76-5-110, and that section 76-5-110 is unconstitutionally vague.
