Plaintiff Ronald Hansel brings this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging violations of his Fourth, Fifth, Eighth and Fourteenth Amendment rights. He also brings state law claims for assault and battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence.
