Plaintiff Steadfast Insurance Co. (Steadfast) filed this suit against defendants Auto Marketing Network (AMN) and Imperial Credit Industries (Imperial) seeking a declaratory judgment and damages. Steadfast amended its complaint once, as was its right, after which the defendants each filed a motion to dismiss.
