Defendant-appellant, James Lauren Jarman, appeals his sentence imposed by the district court following his guilty plea under 18 U.S.C. § 922(o). The district court considered him a "prohibited person" pursuant to the United States Sentencing Guidelines Manual ("U.S.S.G.") § 2K2.1(a)(4)(B).
