Appellant Larry Wayne Llamas was indicted for possession of a motor vehicle with obliterated identification numbers and possession of a controlled substance. Appellant plead not guilty to both charges. The causes were consolidated for trial, and the jury found appellant not guilty of possession of a controlled substance and guilty of possession of a motor vehicle with obliterated identification numbers.
