In June 1995, appellant Eric Kenyatta Jordan pleaded guilty and judicially confessed to delivering more than one but less than four grams of cocaine. Tex. Health & Safety Code Ann. § 481.112 (West Supp.1998). The district court deferred adjudication and placed appellant on community supervision.
