THIS MATTER comes before the Court upon the Complaint of the Plaintiff, Tompkins & McMaster ("Plaintiff") against the Debtor, David J. Whitenack ("Debtor"), wherein the Plaintiff seeks to have the Court deny the discharge of a debt of the Debtor to the Plaintiff in the principal amount of Eight Thousand, One Hundred and No/100 ($8,100.00) Dollars pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A) and (a)(2)(B).
