Lorenzo Quintanar was convicted of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). The sole issue on appeal is the sufficiency of the evidence to show that he was in constructive possession of the methamphetamine. Quintanar's motion for judgment of acquittal was denied. We hold that the evidence of constructive possession was insufficient and reverse his conviction...
