SCHNEIDER, Chief Justice.

Edward "Lalo" Rodriguez sued Printone Color Corporation, Edward's former employer, for slander in Bexar County. After venue was transferred to Harris County, Edward added a breach of contract claim. Edward's brother, Hector Rodriguez, intervened, asserting a claim against Printone for slander. The trial court struck Hector's intervention, and Edward tried his claims...
