In five appeals, Ramiro Cavazos Estrada challenges four convictions and the revocation of his probation in a fifth conviction. Estrada was convicted for possession of cocaine, less than 28 grams, in Cause No.93-CR-4442. That conviction was obtained pursuant to a plea bargain agreement in which Estrada agreed to plead guilty in exchange for the State's recommendation for probating an eight-year sentence. The...
