DIXON W. HOLMAN, Justice.

Tim Daniel Tinlin was convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a child under the age of 14. See TEX. PENAL CODE ANN. § 22.021 (Vernon 1994). Appellant was sentenced to fifty years in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice plus a $10,000 fine.
