This matter is before the Court for consideration of the Plaintiff's Motion to Remand. (Doc. 3) The Motion urges this Court to find that the issues raised in the Complaint of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corporation are matters involving only state, rather than federal, claims and that the case was improperly removed by the defendants from state to federal court.
