East Texas Medical Center Cancer Institute ("the Institute") appeals from a judgment based on a jury verdict awarding Mitchell Anderson, M.D. ("Anderson") damages for alleged slander and breach of contract. The Institute brings three issues on appeal. We will reverse and render.
