We reverse Appellant's conviction for second-degree murder and aggravated battery on a pregnant woman. The trial court abused its discretion by forbidding defense counsel from asking prospective jurors whether they could be fair and impartial in a case where the victim was pregnant and the fetus did not survive. The trial court also erred by denying Appellant's motion to sever offenses.
