This is an interlocutory appeal from the trial court's appointment of a receiver to complete the sale of a certain tract of real property being administered within the estate of Ethel Arnetta Herring.1 The decedent's husband and co-owner of the property, Lemuel O. Herring, complains by four issues on appeal that the estate failed to post the required bond, that there were no pleadings or evidence...
