This is an appeal from a jury verdict in favor of Sandra Hubbard in her suit against Terry Thrift for malicious prosecution. In four points of error, Thrift contends that the evidence is both legally and factually insufficient to support the jury's findings of malicious prosecution, damaged reputation, emotional distress, and lost earning capacity.
