PER CURIAM.

In 1992, appellant Gerald Carter Lane shot three people. The first two were wounded, and the third died as a result of the shooting. Lane was convicted of one count each of first-degree murder with use of a deadly weapon, robbery with use of a deadly weapon, attempted murder with use of a deadly weapon, and attempted robbery with use of a deadly weapon. Lane was sentenced to death for the murder, and to two consecutive fifteen...
