PLOTKIN, Judge.

Plaintiff Joseph F. Pradarits appeals a trial court judgment dismissing his Jones Act and general maritime law claims arising out of injuries allegedly incurred when he slipped between two barges while performing his duties as a tankerman in the employ of defendant Capital Towing Corporation. Pradarits' claims alleging negligence and unseaworthiness were denied by the trial court. We affirm.
