Claimant is a worker who was employed by Reynolds Metals (employer) in Arkansas in the 1970s and early 1980s, during which time she experienced several minor injuries to her back while operating a jackhammer. In 1984, claimant experienced a more serious injury that disabled her and ultimately required surgery at L5-S1 on the right.
