PER CURIAM:

Appellant Tyrone G. Duff ("Duff") and his ex-wife, Yolanda Foster ("Yolanda"), have been divorced since December 1988. Per their marital settlement, Yolanda received custody of their two sons, Cameron and Aaron. At the time of the divorce, Cameron and Aaron were six and three years old, respectively.
