Paralyzed Veterans of America fired Donald Crandall for multiple acts of rudeness to fellow employees and outside groups working with Paralyzed Veterans. Crandall later disclosed to Paralyzed Veterans that he had been diagnosed as suffering from manic depression (or "bipolar disorder"), a disability that he claims caused his rudeness.
