The State filed a complaint under OCGA § 16-13-49 seeking forfeiture of $4,202 in currency seized at the time appellant Benjamin Bernard Morris was arrested for possession of 1.1 ounces of marijuana. Morris answered the complaint and filed a claim to the currency.
