SPECTOR, Justice.
The principal question before us is whether legally sufficient evidence supports a jury's finding that Rocky Mountain Helicopters, Inc. violated the Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act. The court of appeals answered that question affirmatively. ___ S.W.2d ___, 1997 WL 527371. We hold that there is no evidence that Rocky Mountain violated the DTPA.
