Amy Elizabeth Van Gerpen (Van Gerpen) appeals from the district court's1 grant of American Family Insurance Company's (American Family) motion for summary judgment in this diversity action. Van Gerpen argues that the homeowner's policy Richard Mohr purchased from American Family provides liability coverage for claims arising out of Chase Van Gerpen's death. We affirm.
