[¶ 1] Gary Moen appeals from a summary judgment entered in the Superior Court (Kennebec County, Kravchuk, J.) in favor of the Town of Fairfield.1 On appeal, Moen argues that the existence of genuine issues of material fact precluded judgment against him on his claims that he was denied a meaningful opportunity to be heard prior to being terminated from the Town's police department, and that he was terminated...
