Appellant Gregory Brian Porter was involved in a head-on car collision in which another driver, Michael Gourley, was killed. A jury convicted him of manslaughter under a two-count indictment alleging intoxication manslaughter and manslaughter and sentenced him to twenty years' imprisonment. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. §§ 19.04, 49.08, 12.33 (West 1994). Porter appeals his conviction claiming that the evidence is legally insufficient...
