This case is before us for the second time. On the first appeal, we affirmed an order of the trial court which declared that defendant Continental Casualty Company (Continental) had a duty to defend plaintiffs S.N. Golden Estates, Inc. (Golden), a developer of new homes, and Stanley Neuman, its principal (referred to collectively in this opinion as "Golden"), in an action brought by purchasers
