This is an appeal from a judgment entered after the trial court granted a compulsory nonsuit at the close of Appellant's case. The court ruled that Appellant was unable to prove that he was a business invitee on the premises where he was injured because there was no proof of an invitation, and even if there was an invitation, Appellant exceeded the scope of the invitation.
