Petitioner, Barry J. Clyman, seeks reinstatement in the District of Columbia Bar under D.C. Bar Rule XI, § 16(d). In December 1996, in a reciprocal disciplinary proceeding from Florida, this court suspended him for a period of ninety-one days, with reinstatement conditioned on proof of rehabilitation.
