{1} Sarah Silverman (Plaintiff) claims that her former employer's failure to promote her to a management position and its subsequent decision to terminate her was based on sex discrimination in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Furthermore, after leaving her job, Plaintiff claims that her former managers interfered with her duties at her subsequent employment, defamed her, and caused her emotional distress...
